Our family run business was established in 1979 and we have changed with the times & now run two websites of which cuckoo clock shop is one.
Although we trade online, we haven't followed the annoying trend of email contact only, we can still be contacted by phone up to 7:30pm on weekday evenings.

www.diamond-sundial.co.uk these clocks can be ordered from the workshops in the Black Forest in Germany. We also offer a cuckoo repair service, with over 20 years of experience of clock repairs. We can arrange for your clock to be picked up by our courier and delivered to us for repair in our workshop here in Cheshire. (Or you can arrange your own delivery to us.) This collection and delivery service costs £10.00 each way - we will of course, deliver your clock back to you by courier! Unfortunately, due to current workload and an ever increasing waiting list, we are unable to accept repairs (except warranty) until late April 2010.
