It measures 32cm/12.5" from the apex of the chalet roof to the base of the main body of the clock. It is hand carved and has hand painted dancing figurines who appear to music as the cuckoo calls on the hour. As the dancers dance, the band members move to the music. The tunes on this clock are Die Muhle im Schwarzwald and The Happy Wanderer. There is a night shut off lever.
